I went to the cashier to purchase coffee and a sandwich. The employee did not ask me if I wanted to use my points. When I told her that I wanted to use my points, she became upset and started mumbling under her breath. Her attitude toward me was very rude and disrespectful, and I felt that I was being treated differently because I am Asian. The way she spoke to me and treated me made me feel discriminated against. If there are security cameras at this Pilot location, I believe the management should review the footage and look into how this employee treated me. I would appreciate it if this incident could be investigated.

This is the most terrible truck stop in the USA. My husband and I have been driving a truck across America for more than a year. My husband went to take a shower, and they told him, "You can't go to the shower in those clothes." He came back to the truck, and then we went to the shower together. They told us we couldn't go to the shower together. I told them we are husband and wife, to which they replied that it is the policy of this specific truck stop, because at other Pilot truck stops, I have never heard of such a policy. Apparently, at this truck stop, only gay people can shower together. I went to my shower, and you can't lock it from the inside—there is no safety at all. If you want to take a shower here, keep in mind that they have their own rules, including the rule that you cannot be safe.

Every time I come to this location whether at random or now because I know what is in the area I’m always taken back by the service and kindness of all even fellow drivers‼️‼️ The service is always top tier no matter who you speak with from fueling or buying mini groceries to the dinner itself which is a wonderful addition to have at a stop; the chef and his team definitely throws it down like it’s the first time which I will recommend eating the Rusty’s bowl, the bobtail burrito as well as the veggie one right under it on the menu‼️‼️ The service from the store side always makes you feel welcomed an literally can answer any question In regards, to what they offer all while dishing up the kindness I’ve learned to look forward too. Always has a place to park for a trucker, lot is always clean and showers never disappoint. I hope this place is always around and even consider if not already open more locations because it’s definitely needed and service its purpose without all the extra flash that most try to catch you with that just flops. Thank you guys all that you do and have been doing; may you keep going for many decades to come‼️‼️‼️‼️ Below is the dish I tried today😋😋😋😋😋

Stopped here for the first time yesterday, came back today. Restaurant is really good, not just food but also service really good as well. Not like many other restaurants when cashier/server looking if you left a tip or not so he/she knows how good of a service to provide. This ppl provide good service regardless you tip or not but I always tip anyway. But wanted to mention this. Food is really good too. Paid parking $20 or spend $50. I got dinner and breakfast there goes $50. First 4 hours also free if just coming thru.

This truck stop is the only one on this side of Sacramento. It means they put their hand on your pocket and make you pay for everything, almost to breathe. Shower 20.00 per person, no shared shower here, no fan inside the room, parking lot 20.00, if you spend 50.00, guess what, you don't need to pay the parking lot. No choice. No one here on the front desk knows what SMILE TO THE GUESTS means. The restaurant is very nice, and the staff is polite, because they deserve 3stars.
